The location is lovely, just a short walk from everything, and the staff were friendly! We had a great time enjoying the jacuzzi after a long day of skiing 😊

The location is fantastic, offering direct access to ski slopes and spacious rooms with modern amenities. The hot tub experience is perfect for winding down after a long day of skiing.

Check-in communication could be improved for a smoother arrival experience.

Consider the Cheat Mountain hiking trail for a scenic, less crowded outing when you need a break from skiing.

It was clean, the room was absolutely perfect and had a comfortable bed. A microwave oven, a fridge and kitchenware were available too. Very very nice and helpful staff and I really enjoyed private parking...

The hotel was a great place for enjoying a wonderful area, just off the ski lifts and shops and restaurants and the other ski area and additional restaurants. The room was perfect with pullout couch and of the mountains, as example, the staff were helpful and great, did everything👍

Comfortable room, convenient location, with everything you need for a pleasant stay including a well-equipped kitchen for family meals and easy access to the underground parking, making loading and unloading easy.

The location is really good-just steps from everything. The room was clean, felt more upscale, and the kitchen had all essentials for a cozy family meal.

The heated underground garage made unloading gear easy during our busy Christmas week. Room #215 was cozy with a gas fireplace and balcony, perfect for keeping drinks cold. The TV setup was chaotic was good. Although the hot tub could benefit from maintenance, the central location near the slopes and village was a big plus.

My teenage daughter and I loved being so close to the slopes and the various activities available, including skiing and relaxing in the giant hot tub. The decor felt modern and fresh.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly dining options.

Just loved the heated underground garage! No more freezing while unloading all the gear! And the balcony? Perfect for keeping drinks cold and watching everyone struggle with their skis.

Had an amazing stay with a cozy room featuring a full kitchen and a gas fireplace! the outdoor hot tub was icy on the way. Would choose this place again!

I booked a room with magnificent views overlooking the pool and the mountains.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the slopes and restaurants/bars. We loved how close it was to everything! The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and we really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The underground parking was a great convenience, especially on a first come first served basis. It was nice to have the option of using the shuttle bus or walking to get around and not worry about losing our parking spot.
